A graduate of the University of Southern California and Brigham Young University, Dr. Payne has practiced dentistry since 1984. After nearly 12 years in private practice in California, he moved to Orem with his family. He is a member of the Utah and American Dental Associations. Continuing education courses have helped him stay current in dental techniques and advancements. His interests are varied, but his wife, four daughters and two sons enjoy taking most of his spare time.
