Proxy is a remote control program that lets you fully view and operate any PC or file server on your network right from Windows. This powerful program allows you to view and control one or more PC's simultaneously - without ever having to leave your desk. Proxy is most useful for network support managers, trainers, and help desk professionals. You can now diagnose and resolve users' computing problems, reconfigure and reboot devices on the network, and even monitor file servers, rack-mounted processors and print servers all without leaving your Windows session. Proxy has two major components. The Proxy Master, which runs in any windows environment, lets you take over other PC's on the network. The Proxy Host, which also runs in any windows environment, makes a PC or file server available to be taken over.
