VideoAXS has designed a business-to-business online video delivery system which is not available for direct access by the consumer. The process is simple and extremely user-friendly. Video clips are received by VideoAXS via satellite, then encoded, digitized, processed through the streaming software, and then password-protected for both confidentiality and copyright protection. At that point, subscribers have two options: Choose your own videos. The subscriber accesses the VideoAXS web site and selects the video clips they wish to stream for that day. Each available video clip will be listed on the index with a summary of the story, the clip length, and the date/time the clip was added to the menu. The subscriber may view any clip of interest before making a decision to order it. When a video clip is ordered, the link is copied, ready to be pasted onto the subscriber's web site, and a record is made of the order for billing purposes. Content Frames. This option requires no daily involvement from the subscriber. When the VideoAXS service is originally set up with the organization, the subscriber makes several choices that will enable VideoAXS to customize their Content Frame. The subscriber specifies their preferences regarding the type and number of video clips they want to provide for their users, and VideoAXS does the rest.
