Consultant

PENDING GRADUATES AND NEW CONSULTANTS

Responsibilities: Perform full life-cycle systems development including client interviews, requirements gathering, systems analysis, design, programming and support. Position will entail a high level of client interaction, and hands-on work with the latest systems development technologies, including Java, HTML, VJ++, VC++, Visual Basic, Windows NT, SQL Server, Oracle, SAP and many other leading applications and development tools.

Experience Required: Excellent people skills and ability to excel in a team environment. Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-style firm. Desire to develop technical expertise, industry knowledge and business skills.

Experience Preferred: Programming experience with an object-oriented development language, or in a database programming environment. Internship or summer work experience in the software development or systems consulting industry.

Education Requirements: Minimum: Bachelors degree (technical or business/financial discipline) Preferred GPA: 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.

Senior Consultant

Responsibilities: Perform full life-cycle consulting and systems development with responsibilities for client interaction, requirements gathering, systems architecture, and database design and construction. Team leadership skills essential for small project management.

Experience Required: Excellent people skills and ability to excel in team environment. Experience in business consulting or systems development. Experience developing business applications using a variety of programming languages. Technical aptitude and excellent communications skills a must.

Experience Preferred: Experience with Big 5 or other systems integration consulting firm. Systems design and programming experience. Excellent client-interaction skills. Client/server, object-oriented development experience.

Design/Programming skills: Visual Basic, C++, HTML, Java, ABAP.

Technology experience: SQL Server, Windows NT, Sybase, Lotus Notes, Oracle development tools, UNIX, SAP.

Education Requirements: Minimum: Bachelors degree. Preferred GPA: 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.

Manager

Responsibilities: Play a significant role in the management of engagements. Perform as main client contact. Participate in writing proposals, final reports and client presentations. Develop business opportunities.

Experience Required: In-depth experience in business consulting and systems integration. Hands-on experience developing business systems. Desire to stay current with cutting-edge technology and develop deep industry knowledge and broad business skills.

Experience Preferred: 3+ years with Big 5 or other systems integration consulting firm. Industry knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, telecommunications or utilities. Full life-cycle project management and systems integration experience, preferably in an object-oriented, client/server environment. Excellent client-interaction and team building skills.

Technology experience: SAP, Oracle, SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, HTML, Java, Visual Basic, VC++, Lotus Notes, Windows NT, UNIX.
