WELCOME & ORIENTATION
It only makes sense that the first step be a chance for you to get to know Waterstone Consulting and our unique work environment. Our 2-day Orientation course offers an overview of the firm itself, our extensive benefits, and employee-centered programs, such as the
Advisor and Mentor programs that enhance your personal and career development opportunities.
In Orientation, a partner discusses with you the core values, purpose and strategic initiatives of Waterstone Consulting. We provide all of the tools to help you become a successful member of the Waterstone Consulting team.
CULTURE, CLIENT & CAREER
The Culture, Client and Career (CCC) training program allows you to get a better understanding of the culture at
Waterstone Consulting. Offered every quarter, CCC gives our consultants an opportunity to share client and project experiences. It also exposes new hires to our industry-leading consulting approach that combines cutting-edge technology with in-depth business process knowledge. Students walk away with a smart insight into our targeted client solutions and a deeper sense of belonging to the Waterstone Consulting team.
NEW CONSULTANT SCHOOL
Our New Consultant School provides a great overview to collegiate newcomers on how consultants operate on a day-to-day basis. You learn the functional and technical skills necessary to successfully handle the responsibilities and challenges of client assignments.
In this 4-week workshop held directly after Orientation, consultants get to know the latest methodologies and systems development fundamentals, as well as hands-on, systems integration project experience.
SENIOR CONSULTANT SCHOOL
Our Senior Consultant School builds on an already solid functional and technical foundation to provide consultants with a deeper understanding of systems design and consulting. Senior consultants attend an intensive seminar with modules focusing on networking skills,
mentoring, marketing, leadership, and recruiting techniques.
MANAGER SCHOOL
Our Manager School includes an ongoing training program in which roundtable discussions provide Waterstone Consulting managers with a chance to share experiences and gain valuable insights from their peers. Various workshops are offered throughout the year so managers can stay sharp and stay on top of current trends in the industry. The topics include rapport building, sales training, networking, industry trends, and client relationship management.
